Foil Balloon Custom Printing Specifications

Proofs: FREE virtual proofs emailed prior to production. Approval is required.

Production time: Normally 5 business days (M-F) from proof approval for 18 and 20 inch. During periods of unusually high order volume production times may be extended. Contact customer service to confirm if your deadline is urgent.

Balloon colors: There are 19 stock colors or choose any custom Pantone color at no additional charge.

Stock Inks: We offer a wide range of stock ink colors to suite almost any occasion. Any Pantone color(s) can be matched at no cost. Note: These are not UV cured inks – there is no intense odor or off gassing of the finished product.

Setups: Only one is required for one or both sides exactly the same. Any second side change adds a setup. Exact reorders (no changes to art) within two years do not incur new setups.

ALLOW: Up to 10% over/under on the final quantity. You are billed only for the pieces that ship. Please contact us if you have questions!

Multi-Color Print Registration: Digital printing yields perfect registration every time.

Packaging: 18 inch balloons bulk 500 per carton. Special packaging available at additional charge based on package count required. Ask about kitting and fulfillment services for your point of purchase promotion.

Sizing: Foil balloons are measured flat deflated. Measurements are approximate.
