Premium Balloon Holders and Balloon Sticks can be used with latex balloon sizes from 9 to 14 inches and with foil balloon sizes from 9 to 18 inches. The holder will seal latex balloons without hand tying the neck! Both types of balloons will stand upright in the holder once attached. Attach the holder to the 15 inch long white plastic stick and you have an easy air filled balloon decoration. Clear cup and white 15 inch long stick coordinate with any balloon color.
