Plastic balloon clips are used to seal a latex balloon and attach a ribbon or string. Just twist the balloon neck and ribbon together place in clip and snap clip closed. For use with 9 to 17 inch latex balloons.
Choking Hazard. Not for children under 3 years of age.
NOTE: Be sure to twist the balloon neck and seat it all the way into the back of the clip to insure a tight seal.
